The Vault application, including its design, features, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without our written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data.
